Cookie Policy

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Green State Restoration, Inc. ("Green State Restoration," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on crm.greenstaterestoration.com(the "Site"). Our public marketing website, www.greenstaterestoration.com, is a separate site with its own cookie policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember who you are and what you prefer. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage, which store data in your browser rather than sending it back to the server with every request.

2. What We Use

The Site is a working tool rather than a marketing site, and it stores very little. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

CategoryPurposeStorageDuration
EssentialKeeps you signed in as you move between pages, and identifies your session so we show you only the jobs you are entitled to seeCookie (gsr-session)Until you sign out or the session expires
FunctionalRemembers your appearance settings — light or dark theme, and text size — so the page renders the way you left it instead of flashing the wrong theme on loadlocalStorage (gsr:appearance-theme, gsr:appearance-text-scale)Persistent until cleared
FunctionalRemembers your place in the app — the filters, sort order, and tab you last used on a list, and drafts of forms you have not submitted yet, so a reload does not lose themlocalStorage and sessionStoragePersistent until cleared (session entries end with the tab)
AnalyticsVercel Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure page performance so we can see what is slow. They are cookieless, collect no cross-site identifiers, and do not build a profile of youNo cookies — measurement onlyNot stored on your device
Third-partySigned-in pages that look up an address or draw a map load the Google Maps and Places APIs, and Google may set its own cookies. The public pages — this one, Privacy, Terms, and the text message sign-up — do not load Google MapsThird-party cookies (Google)Varies (set by Google)

3. Third-Party Cookies

The only third party that may set cookies through the Site is Google, via the Maps and Places APIs used for address autocomplete, mapping, and routing on signed-in pages. Those cookies are governed by Google's Privacy Policy, and we do not control them.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, ad networks, social media pixels, or cross-site analytics. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.

4. Why There Is No Cookie Banner

Everything the Site stores on your device is either strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure, or a preference you set yourself while using the app. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is nothing to ask you to consent to. You remain free to clear or block any of it through your browser, as described below.

5. Managing Your Preferences

  • Browser settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking the gsr-session cookie will prevent you from signing in, since it is what keeps you signed in.
  • Clearing stored data: To remove the preferences the Site has saved in your browser, clear cookies and site data for crm.greenstaterestoration.com. You will be signed out and your saved filters and appearance settings will return to their defaults.
